Grand Opening at Walden Crossroads

We were so busy we scarcely had time to take pictures - here's one from Walden Crossroads on Saturday!

3 Homes Sold at Deer Run Commons this Weekend!

Visitors to Deer Run Commons loved the great design and open layout of our innovative new townhomes. We sold out of our Glendale townhome design, and sold two more village homes – all this weekend! One visitor “loved the kitchen, with the big granite island and tall cabinets”, while a new homeowner at Deer Run Commons noted that “the natural light was a dealmaker for me!”.

New Sterling Model Home Received Rave Reviews

The new 3 bedroom Sterling townhome at Deer Run Commons was a hit! The new model home is now open for tours – contact us to learn more.

Only 3 Homes Left at Walden Crossroads!

More than 100 people visited Walden Crossroads at this weekend’s Grand Opening Celebration – and the beautiful Ansley townhomes located over Posh Salon & Spa received tons of buzz! We have now sold out of all but three homes in the current phase of Walden Crossroads (including all but one of the Ansley homes!) meaning it’s your final chance to own at Central PA’s newest village this year.

Discover what our 200 visitors to the Grand Opening Celebration this weekend already know – Deer Run Commons and Walden Crossroads offer the best style at the best value you’ll find anywhere! Give us a call at 800-325-3030 to schedule a tour – or come by today until 6 p.m.

Love this micro TND project. The Charter team should feel proud all the way around. World class land planning arrives in central PA!
