Charter Homes Receives Best in American Living Gold Award
Our Wellesley home design (featured at the Veranda Model Home) swept the Lancaster Parade of Homes last year – and the recognition didn’t stop there! The Wellesley was selected by the National Association of Home Builders’ Design Committee to receive the 2011 Best in American Living Gold Award. This award recognizes the Wellesley as the best new single family home design of the year – simply the best in American living.
For 28 years, the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) program honors builders whose home designs best demonstrate great design and the current and future market trends. Each year BALA Winners redefine the residential building industry through creativity, innovation and imagination. The award was presented during the 2012 International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida.
