Our new Belmont design model home at Florin Hill is under construction – and for the first time, we’re sharing everything from paint colors to flooring to interior design plans with you on the blog! First, let’s take a look at the charming exterior:

The Inspiration

The design inspiration of the Florin Hill model home springs directly from nature. The colors inside the home reflect the soft, soothing blues and greens of seaglass:

The Florin Hill model home’s decor incorporates natural fibers like linen – and this sisal boucle – to coordinate with the seaglass color scheme.

The Paint Colors

The blue and green paint colors inside this Belmont home design are accented by pops of bright white and deep brown for a relaxed, easy feel.

The Interior Decor

A deep java oak hardwood floor provides an attractive contrast to the blue and green paint colors used throughout the home:

The kitchen will feature granite counters, a white subway tile backsplash and a beautiful gas range with vented hood.

The “Bianco Antico” granite is pale and dramatic, while the white subway tile gives a clean, bright contrast to the dark cabinets:

The cabinets are a rich java-stained maple:
