Interior Design Sneak Peek!

As always, we have your inside look at the color palette and design inspiration that will adorn the interior of these new designer model homes! We talked with Veronica and Kristen, our amazing Charter designers– about the style inspiration and plans that went into these new model homes.

First, we’ll start with the new single family Harper model home at Walden:

Design Inspiration:

The focus for this home was to create a sense of warmth through natural textures. For example, you will notice lush fabrics mixed with sisal and jute. In the downstairs, you will find splashes of cobalt in upholstery and some accent paint colors, while in the upstairs you’ll see we had a little more fun with taking cues from sea glass for color.

Design Inspiration:

We wanted this home to feel like an urban extension of the Walden model. We stuck to neutrals but added a little more edge with citron hues and more edgy accessories.
