Adie photoWhen Adie and Bryan Hanisko found themselves with more free time as their children grew into teenagers, they faced the question of what to do for date night. They tried to think of ways to combine their love of wine with their love of art. Noticing an opportunity to fill a missing niche in Central Pennsylvania, the Halifax couple launched aMuse Uncorked in 2013, bringing a unique paint-sip party experience led by professional, local artists.

“It’s important to understand that our business isn’t just painting parties; it’s about creating a painting party experience. We know how rare a night out can be. So, from the studio’s location, to the décor, to our amazing artists, to our diverse art portfolio, every element has been hand-selected to create the best experience possible,” says Adie. “We searched for over a year, but simply could not picture someone planning a special event and then driving to a local strip mall. We refused to settle.”CH_WA_130330_0033_M

aMuse Uncorked’s custom studio opens this week at The Shops at Walden in Mechanicsburg providing artist-led painting sessions in your choice of either a public or a private party atmosphere.

Charter Homes & Neighborhoods is excited to welcome another unique business to The Shops at Walden where home buyers not only enjoy the convenience of local businesses just a walk away from their homes, but the ability to connect with neighbors, make new friends and create memorable experiences.

aMuse Uncorked officially opens for business on Friday, March 13 and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM.  For a complete list of events and ticket information visit www.amuseuncorked.com.
