One of the most commonly asked questions we receive when touring our homes is “what are the paint colors?”. Our award-winning CharterColors Stylist has the  ability to put together the most appealing palletes, and we’ve got the latest and greatest to share with you from our 2014 Lancaster Parade Home in Grandview.

The first floor features a neutral palette with pops of ochre (a burnt/copper color) that is carried through the home:

Debuting Charter’s newest design ideas of the year, the 3,765 SF Alexandria home design is located in Grandview, Charter’s newest neighborhood in Lancaster, within one of the most iconic neighborhoods in the county.  The design team at Charter Homes and Neighborhoods has been perfecting the home design for over a year, including new design ideas that are as functional as they are beautiful.

One of the design ideas incorporated is located in the owner’s spa bath, The Linen Base. The Linen Base offers additional counter space and highy-coveted bathroom storage, while adding a sight line within the bath, making the space feel larger.

The great spaces within the home include the pro-kitchen, with more counter and cabinet space than you ever imagined. Located off the kitchen is the gathering room – one of the most versitile and natural-light filled rooms in the home.
